does your state has 2 cities?
ppl talking about Miri becoming a city….mostly sarcastic remarks like…Miri becoming a city still some places no phone lines…Miri becoming a city but still the celebration is like Kuching’s CNY celebration only…Miri becoming a city but still how come so little things……..=P…i guess generally people would expect more when it comes to the word "city"..like New York City…or City of Tokyo…let’s admit it..people are egoists…Mirian won’t say…"i’m proud that Miri becoming a city" they would just say that they wouldn’t care or make a funny remark about….heck the only person i know who said that he is pround that Miri’s becoming a city is my Marketing Research lecturer david lee..and he’s not even mirian..>.<…
All in all….i’m glad Miri’s now a city….anyone have a problem with that ?..so when next time people asks u about Sarawak being filled with jungles and asks if we live on treed and stuff…..now u can ask them "does YOUR state has 2 cities?..no..?..oh..sarawak does..aw..too bad jungle boy" =P
